Monday, October 23rd, the High School Cross Country teams competed at the7A Conference Meet at Western Hills Park, in Little Rock.

Cabot's boys placed first overall, with Greyson Kaufman finishing in 16:54. Two other Cabot runners placed in the top ten, sophomore Braden Leonard and Senior Stuart Nickell. This was Nickells first meet of the year, he earlier had an injury that set him back but with help from his coaches and athletic training staff Nichell's was able to race and performed extremely well, finishing 2nd overall!

The girls team also performed well earning the Conference runner ups! Senior Casey Gore finished 2nd for Cabot and 6th overall. Lauren Turner finished 5th overall.

This meet the runners knew that they had to do their best and they did. Western Hills Park only brought these runners closer together, and gave them an opportunity to thrive for their coaches and their school.
